ASICS Junior Challenge and Fun Runs in conjunction with the Watford Half Marathon Sunday 6th February 2005 Cassiobury Park Watford 10.30am.

General information

There will three separate races

The first for       UNDER 8's of approx 1.2 km will start at 10.35am

The second for UNDER 10's, UNDER 12's and UNDER 14 Girls of approx 2.5 km at 10.40am

The third for     UNDER 14 Boys, UNDER 16s and Open category will start at approx 10.50am

The race shall start and finish near rhe start line for the Half Marathon at the top end of CASSIOBURY PARK (the Rickmansworth Road end)

The entry fee is £3.00 and a commemorative item will be given to all finishers

The first boy and girl in each category will receive a plaque to be presented at the start/finish as soon as possible after the races.

NUMBERS to be collected on the day from the MARQUEE in CASSIOBURY PARK
UNLESS A STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE IS ENCLOSED FOR THEIR RETURN in which case the Race Number will be sent out shortly before the race.

Entries will be taken on the day up to 10.00am in the MARQUEE in CASSIOBURY PARK by the finish line.

Closing date for postal entries Saturday 24th January 2005.

A separate competition will take place for the local junior and infant schools in the races
